An African Washing Cloth is a commonly known as Asian African net sponge or African exfoliating net. It's  also referred to as a Sapo. It's made of durable,  looped nylon fiber material, resembling a fishing net, which helps exfoliate the skin and removes dead skin cells and dirt.
